Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy so light that some people claim they can barely feel it. The practitioner “listens” via the hands to what is happening within the patient’s body. This light contact may be taken up on the cranium, the sacrum or any other part of the body as appropriate.  It is a deep healing process and a holistic approach which can produce profound results both for recent injuries and for chronic patterns. The aim of this therapy is to improve the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid, thus restoring and maintaining vitality and health of body and mind. It balances and re -integrates all layers of the body: the nervous system, bones, membranes and fluids.

Yves Frey is a graduate of the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy and a member of the Cranio-Sacral Therapy Association of the UK. He has worked in business for over 20 years. Understanding the stress caused by daily life, he studied the mind/body connections.  He developed his interest in Psychology and bio-energy.
